Found this ages ago, but haven't tried any recipes yet. I remember I was looking for a website to an african cooking show on Foxtel. The guy was cooking zebra necks in what I think he called a bray(?) pot which was like a CO but with legs (about 9" long). He had some interesting recipes

Thought it might of interest to some you fine cooks. I figure some recipes could be modified for CO's and BBQ's as that seems to be a common cooking style in Africa.

Try this site they are in Brisbane www.biltongmakers.com.
They carry a lot of food stuff including the Potjie pots( I think that's how you spell it)  I think Aart or Skip has had dealings with them. I am going to buy a pot in the new year of them.
