Thing is Mick, I have the battery charger etc and being a city dweller where do I find a produce merchant or anyone who supplies (bulk) molasses ? I'm not knocking it,  electrolysis is just the easy way for me.

Yeah pd, it's getting hard to even  buy decent chook food here now.  Our last [been there forever] produce store closed a few years ago, moved & is now Pet Smart, still sell some things but at about 3 times the price I can buy it, but it's 1/2 hour drive.

Also there is Reverse Electrolysis, makes new things look old.  Smiley

Reverse electrolysis ?? Sundryed and I have jokingly talked about buying new Chinese Furphy's and "artificially aging" them in the compost heap for a few months then put 'em on eBay.
Probably get caught out by Astroboy lol.

Ha, you might have something there.  Grin

It's a trick, used mainly when you replace something [on a machine/whatever]

It makes the new bit look original.  Undecided

Aart keep an eye out for the bubbles and froth starting to form on top......nothing will happen until a couple of days after this begins to happen. Ill try n get Molasses part II done in the next day or so......all pretty basic stuff but could be handy to someone out there at some stage.
Cheers SBB
