Only 20L mate, How much fun involved in emptying it

I'll send ya an invite Sooty, We'll give it a good nudge and burn somethin in the black pots eh.

They reckon ya gotta keep em pretty full so the timber doesn't dry out and shrink. Should always have a good supply if thats the case.

I am still tossing up whether to try and tow the camper up the beach with the Suzuki or going for the tent option.

If I go with the trailer will have to travel with someone as I may need a snatch or two along the way.  Tongue

We will be leaving the muster and heading for fraser first thing monday morning (or as soon as we can get onto a barge). I'll help out mate. The eighty loves it!

Any one know how I would go about a booking for the barge? Or do you even have to book it?

Jono

Jono the only time Ive been to Frazer I just turned up at the barge and drove on without a booking. It goes back and forth all day as far as I know. Dont know if this is still the case.
For that matter I didnt have any permits either.......didnt know i needed them till we were on the barge and it was to late  Grin. We went to a ranger station on the island  to see if we could get a permit........couldnt find a ranger........so stayed two days n left .....still without a permit Grin....never did see a ranger.

Jono, I have never pre-booked as you can buy on the barge but you can do it online of you want.

Seems a shame that this gig is restricted to 4 x 4 owners.
Not too user friendly to the rest of us.
