hi all and happy new year to u all
well in another week the beautiful wife Vina and myself are off to tellebudgera for our second trip in the camper this time we will be having company with us being the brother and sister in law and a good friend and his lovely lady. here's hoping that the weather stays good for us. it won't matter if we have a little rain.

i know that this is camp oven cooking forum which i am not having much success with I tend to cook alot on a webber bbq and I have just purchased a mini spit roaster which we are taking with us to telleb.
I mainly bought the spit for our bush camping which we can use as a means of cooking and a camp fire  where permitted to use it. the spit uses charcoal or heat beads aswell as timber. I take our co with us but as I said don't have alot of luck. anyway I keep trying.
