I knocked up a simple beef curry & rice tonight, Also my first go at bread rolls! Was very good.

1 x large onion (diced)
2 x carrots (diced)
2 x spuds (diced)
1 x handful sultanas
curry (as much as you like)
700gms beef mince
S&P
Flour to thicken

Brown onions, carrots, spuds, curry, S&P in CO and add the mince and cook. Add water to cover and simmer for however long ya got. Thicken when ready.

Mean while borrow TBF's  fools rice method

The bread rolls where a packet mix (lowan) and turned out very well.

Looks to be very tasty Jono and a quick simple feed-good one mate.
Rolls came out well too!

Good to see that the camera survived the clean up in the residual esky water and still taking good snaps Grin

That looks fabulous!  Yes, as Derek suggested, milk will help them stick.
