Cooked one up for the first time ever yesterday.  It worked quite well, but I thought it was a little dry.  However, the flavour was amazing!  sorry I didn't take any photos though!

It was great to have a roast dinner without having to heat up the house, when it was hot enough inside already.

I wish I could take a rotisserie camping with me so that I could cook over the fire.  Just not sure how I would catch the juices.  Any suggestions?

I have a battery powered spit I made & have done a fair few chooks (along with other critters) on it, works great, like any thing, just get your heat & timing right.

I don't wory about catching juices as they help give a smokey natural flavour when they hit the coals!

Mick.
