Thanks George
I'll watch the price over the next couple of days.

Was just looking at the photos of the 16 albion.......photo 5 or the last photo......it looks to me like the outside lip of the lid is sitting inside the oven wall.......is it the right lid for this pot??.......or has the lid just been sat on carelessly?????
A very very nice oven......but a question to the seller might be in order before bidding

Reply from seller:
It has been scrubbed wiped over with stove black and vegetable oil hence the shine, when photo was taken. Julie

This Clark & Co Boiler for sale on eBay is worth a look as the pics show you how to work out the manufacture date, I have one the same and had no idea it was so old.  Can anyone confirm this is correct?

Ok gang - help me out here -
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Dutch-Oven-camping-cooker_W0QQitemZ280465996010QQcmdZView...

Does qt mean something other than quarts in OZ?  If this Oven is 90 quarts (22 1/2 US Gallons), it would be about 85 liters, and one would need a crane to lift it Smiley  However the listing also says it is 4.5 liters. So I'm confused

Ray's Outdoors seems to list the same oven:
http://www.raysoutdoors.com.au/product/1284/90Qt+Dutch+oven/75
