Very nice Michael.  The young fella standing there reminds me of the Oliver Twist story - "I want some more"  Smiley

Jono, the measurements are a bit vague but.

This feeds 4

Lamb Korma
olive oil
8 chops diced up, cook bones as well (or what ever lamb is available)
2 onions cut up
1 tbsp Pataks Coconut and Coriander Korma paste
1tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tbsp flour
chicken stock to cover
1 cup sultanas
1 cup red lentils
145 ml yogurt
1 lemon

Rice
Olive oil
1 onion
2 cup rice
4 cups chicken stock
frozen veg
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Lamb Korma ( 12" Oven)
Fry off lamb in CIO
Add onions
slide lamb and onions to side and add spices and flour cook off
add stock, sultanas,
Cook for 40 mins then add lentils.
10 minutes before serving take CIO off heat and add juice of 1 lemon, stir through yogurt, cover and let stand till serving.

Rice (10" oven )
Fry off onion
add rice and coat in oil
add stock
add veg
sprinkle cheese on top of water cover and cook for 1 hr heat bead top and bottom

Important note Wink re-fill glass before each stage, thats why I am so tall.

Cheers

Great photos and another tasty recipe.  I am racking my brains (full of dead cells) and cant for the life of me remember what else was in the curry my Mum made when I was a kid that had sultanas in it.  I know some in the family objected to them but I always enjoyed them.

Jono you don't use a glass, I've seen you in action a few times and never spotted anything that even resembles a glass. Grin Grin Grin Grin
