I love The Gorge and have camped there often.

Just to let you know, the old hot water donkey has not been used in quite some time. If you don't have your own shower you can heat your water at your camp and use it in the shower rather than use the donkey. Friends of mine have used the shower in this manner many times.

I am presently working earles that weekend.
See how I go getting it off.

Work has just given me 3 weeks leave 24/5 to 13/6 at very late notice.
Don't want to push the limits too hard.
Could still come out on Saturday night though.
Hetty and I are off to Paris and Amsterdam

Airfares were too darn cheap to resist

It looks rustic. Have heard a few not good stories about the place but being a quieter time of the year, even though its school holidays, it might get the tick. Son and I are going to do a bit of a road trip a couple of days later so i will see how it goes.

Might need a bigger fire and more port Grin

Bugger n' Bloody Hell,
Here I am in Toowoomba the week before for a wedding on the 20th. Now I am going to have to get them to postpone the wedding and not even get there as I will be at The Gorge Grin

The bride arrives back from her 3 week Europe trip on the 16th and am flying down to meat Wink

her then on to Toowoomba for the nuptials and fly home on 21st.
