I will agree with the many of you who like thin pizza this certainly is not it.

I saw the method and decided to give it a try.  Would use less ingredients next time and if on a windy day like today more heat.

But it tasted fine and I used the toppings I prefer.

Certainly a very simple method.

I am sure you will like my new cooking set up  Cheesy Cheesy

A question and not a criticism.  Why did you mix it in the pan?

Because that was the method I saw demonstrated and it got me in  Cheesy  I am female  Cheesy and work on a whim!!!

I thought it wouldnt work at all but if it did how easy was it!!  No washing up, no kneading, no rising and in a short time pizza made and ready to eat.

This one is cooked in a kitchen on a gas stove with no heat on top.  It also looks a bit thick like mine and certainly doesnt have the browing which I like on top.  They dont show the bottom.

I am still thinking on it and am considering using the gas ring next time but still with beads on top.

I never mind comments of any kind.  The whole reason I show things that are less than perfect at times is for maybe others like me can see and learn what happens when different things are tried out.

I like the idea and it loks great.

Carolyn, is there any wait a while time with the base, or soon as its spread get the topping on.

Love the extra pan actually, nice deep square sides job.

Cheers

No waiting time.

I thought this was a novel idea and something you could do with the kiddies.

It has some entertainment value I felt mixing it in the pan ... as long as you can get it out at the end  Smiley

Michaelb out of interest you might like to see this Youtube.  I think one of our overseas members is connected to this site.

Regardless, the method of cooking in a small pan with alfoil lid is yet another variation and would be good for kids to manage I feel.
