Hi Boo,

So, how's about getting a little closer to home with your residence?  I suspect BC bush is different from Prairie bush, or Ontario bush and I know its quite different than Newfoundland or Labrador bush.   I'm now in The Maritimes.  There are a number of Canucks who come here, me almost more than others.  & I want to visit Australia, so I've been here awhile.

Also, have you looked at sites on this continent for Dutch Oven Cooking:  IDOS, International Dutch Oven Society, Byron's site:  http://papadutch.home.comcast.net/~papadutch/dutch-oven-cooking-tips.htm#Temp , LSDOS, Lone Star Dutch Oven Society,  Yahoo Groups, rv.net: Camp Cooks &.....?  They all have something to offer.

I've had cast ironitis for well over 40 years, but only started Camp Oven cooking fairly recently.

Undecided
