Chili Pork with Ginger


Ingredients

1 tbsp oil
1 ½ tsp McCormick Ground Ginger
½ tsp McCormick Chili Flakes
½ tsp McCormick Chili Powder
½ tsp McCormick Garlic Granules
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
350g pork fillet, sliced
2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 cup Chinese broccoli, sliced
1 bunch bok choy, roughly chopped

Directions

1.Mix together oil, ginger, chilis, garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce and sliced pork fillet. Let marinate for an hour.

2.Heat a large pan or wok and stir-fry pork for 4-5 minutes. 3.Add in sweet chili sauce, Chinese broccoli and bok choy and stir-fry for a further 3-5 minutes until just wilted. 4.Serve with jasmine rice.

Preparation Time1 hour
Cooking time15 minutes
Serves 4

Ok folks doin' it again for dinner tonight (for the student we have here at the present and myself)

BUT with pics this time..

Just prepared it all but with a couple of small changes.

1st due to constraints I will do it on the gas burner in the kitchen instead of the one outside and I have used Basmatti Rice instead of Jasmin this time round and am also going to dump a pile of CHANGS Noodles on top for texture and effect... So here we go...

I will post the end result later tonight if I don't get 1/2 pi**ed and forget...Nah would'nt do that would I...

S'pose I better give the wok a bit of a clean 1st eh!!!
