ZIPLOC OMELET

Crack 2 eggs (large or extra-large) into the bag (not more than 2) shake to combine them.

Add prepared ingredients  such as: cheeses, ham, onion, green pepper, tomato to the bag and shake well to mix. Make sure to get the air out of the bag and zip it up.

Place the bag into rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes.
You can usually cook 6-8 omelets in a large pot. For more, make another pot of boiling water.

Open the bag and the omelet will roll out easily. Be prepared for everyone to be amazed.

Tried it out on the boss and she was  impressed.
2 eggs, grated cheese, diced onion and a pinch of mixed herbs.

No plastic taste according to the taste tester, I thought their might be some lingering.

Be sure to cook for 13 minutes as I went 10 and had to put it back in even though it looked cooked, still raw on inside

Here are Kev's photos of this delicacy.  Very simple and very nice.  You don't need a cast iron omelette pan for these.  Grin Grin Grin Grin

Thanks Sooty
Not a lot of cleaning up after that mate.
Got a camp coming up in a month.
Will let the boys do that for breakfast.

In all my readings I have found that there are a number of the tag along tours that regularly cook these for breakfast.
