While this all looks good I have never cooked one because to me their is something not quite right about cooking an omelette in a plastic bag.

Must admit though it would be quite a crowd pleaser at a camp oven cooking demonstration.  Cheesy

I was the same as you Derek but I am a lover of them for a quick and easy meal.

Seem to remember that during some of my more memorable times, some things were  covered in plastic or was that RUBBER  Grin

I guess being plastic it won't stick.
Do you give the inside of the bag a quick spray with canola oil or anything Soot?

No Robbo, have always just put the gear in the bags and boiled them.
None have ever stuck.

Tried it out yesterday morning with two eggs, onion, mushroom, tomato and bacon.  Brilliant.

Couldn't help myself. Had them for breakfast this morning. Turned out great. Mine needed an extra minute though because I used 2 small eggs and a large one. lucky I was practicing at home. I just popped it in the microwave for a few seconds.

Its not burnt. Just really well done.
