No matter what I use to cook in I think beginners learn from each others mistakes and I am not shy to show mine.

I didnt heat up enough beads for a quick boil for such a large quantity and did some more but I feel the damper suffered.  Also using the oven bag was probably not a good idea and I wouldnt next time.

The meat was tender, the pumpkin and potatoes fine but the carrots a bit crunchy.  The damper made 4 slices enough for us and I put fruit in it as thats what the MOTH likes. 

I would use the lid on the smaller pot next time and alfoil on the larger (maybe the more expensive pots come with two lids - something to consider.

Although this is called 6L if cooking for a family you would need a bigger one but its fine for the two of us,

The end result was entirely edible and the MOTH enjoyed it.

The lamb curry was good the night before and any caserole thing I would now be confident in making in it.
