Take 20 grams butter and warm it gently in a little pan, add 1 tbsp of simply flour to the dissolved butter it. Have ready 1 pint of inventory which you have created using the oxo's. Still over a low warm,slowly mix in some of the inventory to the butter-flour insert,stir well to prevent the combination going irregular,carefully add more and more inventory gradually until you have the reliability of gravy that you need.
