Today I stunbled up two tin Metters lids.
A 9" round and a 10" x 14" oval.
Both have Metters on the handles.
The oval must be for a boiler, did not know Metters ever made boilers.
The 9" round must be from a saucepan, did not know Metters ever made saucepans.
Just need to find the bases now!
Still looking for a base (kettle?) for an old 5" cast iron lid marked
T & C Clark & Co No 5 .
Any comments welcome.
