While there's nothing wrong with a camp oven roast I really like a stew or a casserole, easy to do and tasty,

I have to agree with PD on this one, a good stew will do me too. I especially like the stew spooned over boiled jacketed potatoes.

Yummmy!! I know a lot of you seem to like your mash but I prefer to do a one pot cook when possible and am happy with "baby potatoes" whole or halved and unpeeled in the stew mix.
