At The Gorge COG I bought from SBB a three quarter sized cast iron bread baking tin.  TBF bought another one.

Cleaned it up and seasoned it this weekend and it came up a treat.  Fits neatly inside a 12" oven and I reckon will take about 3/4 of a pack of bread mix.

Hoping to try it out next weekend.

First thing you better do with COCIA II is beef up the suspension to carry all the CI when you go camping. Grin
