This is a ripper recipe that requires very little kneading and no punch down. One of the best and easiest to do.

5 cups Wholemeal flour
3 teaspoons of sea salt.
450 m water at about 40c + some
1 X 7gm packet yeast

Mix all the dry ingredients together and add water and mix to a good dough, you may need a little more water.
Turn out on to a well floured board and kneed for 2 or 3 minutes. Shape into a loaf and put it into the a well greased bread tin push gently into corners.
Let rise for one hour or until the loaf reaches the top of the tin. (It should be nice and rounded)
Preheat CO to 200c and put bread in for about 40 mins. When a skewer comes out dry it is ready to go.
Cool for 20 mins.

Your the man Muzz-I buy bread like that from the Swiss Bakery. Outstanding loaf.
Would that be a Green River in the third snap?

Nice one Muzz

I'm not much of a bread maker but I think I will be trying this one. So simple.

Cheers

This is my proving bin, and I pack all my bread and damper needs in this when I am on the road.

WOW!  I'd love to know what the secret to a loaf that looks like that might be.  Mine don't look THAT good.

Reads as an easy bread to make.
Love the look of that crust.

Excellent lookin loaf!
Gotta luv a quick single knead that still rises nicely, with a lovely crumb and crust.

What size bread tin is that and in which size camp oven?
My little hillbilly restricts me to small tins, so I usually bake 2 smaller loaves instead of 1 big one.
