MuHere is what you need to do if you have forgotten your password.

First log out of the forum.  When you do, right at the bottom you will see the login screen as below



Click on Forgot Password? and the following will appear.  Please not that the Verification Code will be different



Fill in all of the details, click on Send then the following will appear. Not that your name will appear and not admin.



You should shortly receive an email.  In the email will be a link that you must ckick on.  This link will take you to the forum where you will see the following.  This will have your new password in it as shown.  Please note that it will be different to the one shown in the example. Use this password to log into the forum



Should you wish to change this password to something you can remember, click on the Messages/Profile tab in the main menu and the following will appear



Click on Profile and the following will appear.



Click on Edit Profile and the following will appear.



Use the password that you just received and then press Confirm Password.  Now the following will appear



Type in the new password of your choice (something easy for you to remember) in both the boxes then click on Save Changes.  Your new password will now be saved in the system and you can use it next time you log in.
