Yes Trev its a great place.  The kangaroos kept more to the uninhabited semi permanent areas except for their late evening graze through the camp.  Having been invaded on a camping trip to Green Patch a couple of years ago by Kangaroos and Possums we are careful about leaving rubbish and food outside in the annex.  Sparky mostly has his bike with him and rides around the streets and says he didnt notice your mates car.  We had a Morris 1000 in our early marriage days so even I recognise that type of car.

We find in country towns they usually have a special deal night at the local club and Lake Conjola is no exception.  We had a great dinner for $10 (two courses) so of course minimal equipment needed  Cheesy  Cheesy and no washing up.  It was pork snitzel with a cherry gravy.  There were two kinds of dessert but only this left but it was great.
