cant find any where; instead of flour use powdered
milk then egg then bread crumbs / read somewhere
any way gunna try / thought read here , might be wrong

tried it last night!
no pics , what a mess, my fault used smocked cod.
fish to soft, but some pieces turned out good
milk made fish a bit sweeter,plus crumbs +smoke
flavor i liked
main problem was thawing out in microwave to long
something to do with  Smiley Smiley Smiley
live & learn , will do again tho

to embarssed to take pics
would go well with strong flavored
fish / to many  Smiley Smiley
gives sweet flavor which i liked
like i said i stuffed up / try with fresh
fish would go well
