Just came across this site recently when searching for the Volcano cooker in Australia. So my plan is to 1) get one and 2) learn how to use it!

Hi, you can buy a book at the Volcano site. This is highly recommended to learn all the various adjustments the Volcano is capable of. It has lots of recipes as well incorporating the adjustments for virtually every kind of cooking.

Personally I mainly use it as my fireplace to cook using my camp ovens - most of my cooking is very simple and so I dont make full use of the Volcano.

I have a Youtube chanel and most of my latest cooking has been done using the Volcano.

I am very pleased with it for my purposes.
