it seems to a bit quiet here at the board however i will add this post

my beautiful wife vina and i are going to 1770 camping in 5 weeks time not that i am counting. this will be our first camping trip this year yes it is in the middle of winter but should be a little warmer there than bris by a couple of degrees we hope.

we are booked in to campgrounds caravan park which is run by the council our site faces the water which is about 3 - 4 meters away from the site with any luck there won't be many sand flies or mozzies we hope.

we thought about lake awoonga but decided on 1770 we will go to awoonga for a day trip while there maybe next time. will post trip on our return with some photos

Beautiful place that 1770.

The camping ground has the pick of locations.
Just a little run down. The local council doesn't spend much money on the place.
Have a great time..looking forward to the photos as well.
