I am curious if anyone else has used the flour marked 00. I made a no knead focaccia today using it and feel it would be excellent (to my taste) in a pizza. The Focacia was ok but might have been better thicker or instead thinner and turned into a pizza with more topping for my taste.

I also did a chicken soup and not much you can say about that, a matter of options and choices. We love mushrooms so this is a bit over board in that department which suits us. I gave in this time and put three chillies in the stock part which carried through even when discarded so the MOTH was happy.
