That looks goood dean. 
I hope it was Aussie lamb mate,, the best in the world. I have never cooked a whole rack like that i always cut them to individuals first, i will give it a go next time.

I am enjoying you videos.

I have never cooked lamb that long.  I have always preferred the medium rare well rested variety.

You are now tempting me to go the "Low and slow" method.  We seem to lack ready access to decent rubs Down Under...  Must search for some recipes!
 


A furphy, is Australian slang for a rumour, or an erroneous or improbable story.  You would never get anything but the plain honest dinky-di truth here... I promise!!!!  Yup, hand on my heart, promise, true blue, uh-huh true dinks, dead set!!
