Nice Tender little fellows there Trev, & shot with an air rifle, nice going!

One of the best ways I've done 'em before, is jointed, browned in a pan & wrapped in foil with some herbs.
They stay nice & moist this way.

Nova Scotians often run a snare trail.

Or hunt them with a rabbit hound,  who probably looks a lot like a beagle.

I did both.

Bake with 1 slice of bacon on top of each rabbit and 1/2 an onion in the chest cavity.

Cool

BBC is on the right track, I have cooked a good few over years and I found rabbits love basil, brown rabbits with olive oil and little soy sauce and a  sprinkle of basil, warp in foil and cook slowly until cooked . I only eat rabbits that I shoot myself.

I used to love rabbit curry casserole  Smiley Smiley

my last bunnie was cooked over my auspit... more for the atmosphere than the end product.. very dry. I did neglect the cooking process though. should have basted it more often Undecided Undecided

       when first used crows wouldnt even eat.
       dont know if still use this virus as didnt
       work all that well

No these are clean, livers were perfect.
