I saw this today served with some special crackers and cheese.  I will make the crackers another day but here is the Chutney recipe and photos of what I cooked.  Too simple to Youtube you simply mix it all together bring to boil and boil for 40 minutes, I doubled it and boiled it probably about 75 I would rather thick than thin chutney.

Adapted from Wives with Knives
Found at Noble Pig

3 cups fresh cranberries (I used frozen)
1 large tart apple, cored, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup water
3 Tablespoons candied (crystallized) ginger, chopped (Do not substitute)
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Tablespoon curry powder (Do not leave this out)
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 cup golden raisins
2 cans mandarin orange slices, drained

Combine all ingredients in a large, heavy pot.

...

Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.

...
Enjoy!

...
This keeps indefinitely in the fridge.

It will also easily form a seal if poured, very hot, into small, decorative jelly jars. Perfect hostess gift!
