Hi I'm Craig.
I came across this web site wile looking for my 1st camp oven.
Looks like heaps of useful stuff on here so just saying hi.

I've been a qualified baker/pastry chef for 11 years now and run a video photography production in my spare time.

Hope to contribute to the forum with what I know.
