Love your work Jono!!!

I know what it's like cooking for big numbers but I didn't have to have it all ready at a particular time so that puts you well ahead of the game mate!
Well Done!........Bloody Well Done!!!!!!!!!!!

Look forward to catching up with you one day!
Cheers, Mick.

Good job Johno, and I like your oven collection. I thought 30 was enough to cook for when I've had to do it .
Just looking at your photos , do you always cook with the ovens that high off the ground ??  ...or was there a bit of a fire under each one .
I'm thinking this way it's controled and easy access to each oven and your not melting away .
Best thing I guess is the weather was good to you for the wekend.

Thanks all for the nice words.

Gecko - about 90-95 people mate & yes I did put coals on top.

Peter - I mostly use the racks mate. easy to control the heat and the oven doesn't smother the coals.

I have more photos coming from other peoples cameras - might post a few more pics if any are good.

Cheers again

Jono
