How'dy folks, I'm Jerry. I'm a newbie to the forum, but have been camp cooking for over 20 years, mostly limited to the typical barbecue, bacon and eggs, toast and jaffles type of tucker.
Only recently, have I aquired a camp oven and spit, and consequently, have been exposed to a whole new camp cooking experience.
Looking forward to sharing recipes and cooking methods, might even catch-up for a cook-up in Australia's High country one day! (I love the Snowies, and am addicted to Trout fishing)
                                                                  Cheers Jez

My mother-in-law fell down a wishing well, I was amazed.       I never knew they worked.
