I dont usually watch these cooking shows.

But last night was sitting in the kitchen with a venison casserole ticking over on the pot belly (for tomorrow), 2 glasses of port remaining to complete the daily quota and the ABC on tv in the background.

The intro. said the show was coming from the SA Flinders Ranges so I turned my attention to it.

The background of ranges scenary set the tone with seared Tandoori lamb finished in the camp oven (a boned shoulder).
Then a visit to the Blinman pub for the publican's special of lamb pizza (looked a bit of alright too)
The show finished with Poh cooking a traditional lamb mousaka.

I enjoyed it so much I had an extra glass of port.  Roll Eyes
