Wanting to purchase 18inch oven from billmans, they have told me they won't post that size oven to QLD that i would have to organise transport, So just wondering has anyone purchased from QLD and how did you go about getting it QLD.

Gee no wonder Aussie Post don't want to transport they certainly look bigger than you think. Very cute photo you could teach  Anne Geddes a thing or too. I just hope he wasn't on the Menu Smiley. I guess i will have to contact a transport company and see what they can do for me. Thanks to those for the input much appreciated.

Speaking for muzz, we went to the Billmans foundry at Castlemaine Vic and picked up his specially ordered 18"......  took both of us to carry it out, no comments about age please.
BTW that is not a Billmans oven in the pic with the baby, looks like a Carron.

When I die I hope my missus doesn't sell my camp ovens  for what I told her I paid for them. pd

Get a load of the high country 'T' bones cooking in my Billmans 18 incher earlier this month......absolute MONSTERS!!!

Just as well I had the 18 incher along coz they were wayyyyy too big for the skillet.. Grin Grin Grin........

A brushy even came out for squiz...!!! Cheesy

ps Considering the Billmans 18 incher weighs a tad under 40 kgs. there’s little wonder Australia Post won’t touch em  Roll Eyes
