Brilliant!  Just what I would have advised you to get.
I have them in the campervan and they work well over hot coals or a two burner picnic stove.
Look in the supermarkets for those extra wide sliced loaves - the make escapes me,  but they are a perfect fit..

The extra wide sliced bread that fits the Rome Panini iron is Lawson's Traditional Bread, found some in Coles today.  Or you could use Panini, but this is my preference.
