Had a few beautiful days here, its an hour south for us so nice and handy.  It says no fires but at the discretion of the Manager and weather above ground fires may be permitted.  This is where the Volcano shines if you want to camp oven cook.

I would stay there in a flash. with the price of fuel nowadays, close getaways are a gem.

another classic tube O' Master. I have a similar getaway not far from home in southoz.

relaxing at home base this easter, so will have a crack at another tube

Glad you all enjoyed it.  I think Youtubes of campsite possibilities made by non professionals give a reasonably good idea of places, I didnt put fishing in as although a few were fishing nothing was caught while I watched.  We will go back here and camp in the nonpower part which means we can have a bit more room to spread out but I have to admit to liking power and being close to "the block".

Be nice to see some SA ones for those of us who trip that way.
