I have been very happy with the No Knead Semolina Pizza Dough in the Artisan Pizza and Flatbread in 5 Book.  I am sure I posted the recipe on another thread.

These are simply fried in a pan, couldnt be easier and for the non fussy they are tasty enough.

another great presentation Carolyn  Smiley Smiley

I have been making flat bread lately using bread mix and frying on a hot skillet. (don't spray with oil though) got the idea from some camp cooking recipe cards by Jo Clews.

have even taken it for work lunch a couple of times.

will try your stuffed idea soon. I did similar last weekend with a rolled pizza.

Thanks Rufzgutz I hadnt heard of Jo Clews and have posted her wraps Youtube.

I have got hooked on the No Knead doughs and am happy enough with the results to look in horror at all that work of kneading.

I only lightly oil the pan and top when I roll over the stuffed breads.  This is not necessary for the cooking just to add to the crisp finish that I like and using the Semolina Pizza Dough.  Some people I have seen spray with a fine water mist to keep them tender.

One of the fun pizza's I made was half a flat one with the usual sauce and sausage and the other half of the same pizza folded with a cheese spinach filling.

Hope to catch you at Burra  Cheesy  Do you like goats cheese?  Thats my favourite pizza of all time but its hard to find someone to share it with.
