The YaBB Software that I am using for this forum is having to get more and more sophisticated to cope with ever increasing threats from hackers and spammers and changes in world wide privacy laws.

As a result you may see some minor changes every now and then that should not affect registered members.

One new one that I implemented last night is a process whereby non members and members who are not logged in only have 15 posts to view before they get a pop up message that recommends they register. It did stop people from looking at further posts after the 15 but I have disabled that. I will see how it goes for a while but may bringit back.

So if you are looking at the forum not logged in and you get the message just keep going as it will not affect your viewing.

The other alternate is to remain logged in and you will never see it 

Another problem we are foreseeing is due to worldwide legislation regards recording and storing information on minors I am going to have to implement a privacy policy. Once again this shouldn't affect most of you.

And you thought it was all about camp ovens. So did I but it is becoming a mammoth task to keep the forum right.
