It was held at The Leichhardt Rowing Club on the banks of the the mighty Fitzroy River and what a great back drop for a wedding.

Dinner for 130

8 x chooks
6 x lamb legs
3 x rump roasts
3 x pork legs
6 x veg
Apple sauce & gravy

Holy Mackeral Jono  Smiley Smiley Smiley

what a superb effort. not many could handle that.

That coal- fire would out-do every campfire that I have ever sat around.

What was your plan if it rained ???

and is that the largest cook that you have done?

Full commercial kitchen inside.

And yep that is the most head I have catered for in a wedding enviroment. Have done engagement parties of about the same size. Not quite the same as a wedding though.

Cheers

Well done Jono,
I knew you could handle it, and I must say I am very impressed by your skills, did you cook the the Golden syrup damper? Sit back and have a VB or two.
