Hi All
Well I have started the roast and some potatoes I am still not that confident what I have done will work.
I put 18 beads on the lid and 14 beads under according to all the charts that should give me bout 230 degrees of heat I didn't feel comfortable with the amount so I added 4 more on lid and 4 more under totaling 22  on lid 18 under.
I pre heated to 190 - 200 degrees before putting roast and spuds fingers crossed as I sit here typing I can smell an aroma which could be a good thing here's hoping.

love the enthusiasm chris  Smiley Smiley Smiley

I had a go at a rolled pork shoulder roast for the first time last weekend.

I'll add a few pics here seeing that you don't have any  Grin Grin Grin

was mainly after the tender meat, and it worked superbly for that. will try for the crackling next time.
