Congratulations on two jobs well done Jono.
Love the photos........looks like a great time.
i think your guests can consider themselve lucky, not many people ever get to see that many big ovens in action at one time....its a pretty rare event thesedays.
I did my biggest cook up in May last year...a 70th Birthday party for about 80..........I know how much work it is Grin
