To be honest we just did what I read to do in the forums here. The skin had a lot of cuts put in it and then we rubbed oil and salt into it. The oven was then preheated before placing the pork in and it was kept very hot for the first half hour and that is what we ended up with.  Smiley An all round effort you might say. Grin
