Just after ideas on what to use as a glaze on bread and rolls. And do you paint it on before or after baking? Thanks Brian

I spritz my bread with a light fine spray of water from a spray bottle after I put the loaf in the camp oven and just before putting the lid on

If baking in a conventional oven put the bread on your baking dish , have oven at baking temp and give the oven a fine spray

I like this because it does not flavour the bread as such

of course not the same as a sweet glaze for fruit buns
