Looks good Chris.
I did a couple while in the Cape earlier this year.
Great for dinner at night and good for lunch the following day.

A mate a work says an old auntie boiled up corned beef in ginger ale.
Anybody here heard of that?

Aart

I don't think it is corned.  Just a plain beef roast.  Silverside is the cut of beef Smiley

Cheers

Silverside was great all gone now but I think you can also pump it full of something and it becomes corned silverside I would love to try boiling it with ginger beer I dont know how it would go I try 1 day.

Hi All
It tasted great. But if I was to pickle it it would become corned silverside.
