There are many different ways to season a camp oven however I find the high heat method works best for me.  Yesterday I spent some time with the Cast Iron Boys making a couple of videos.

Here is one we did on seasoning a camp oven.

Great video and well presented, May I give a tip that works for me insted of using a rag to put the oil on the oven. I use a paint brush works well on Furphy ovens   Wink

Never thought of using a paint brush before but then I don't have any of those rough old Furphys  Tongue Tongue
