Not in camps book. Woomargama is a small community now bypassed by the Hume highway. I searched for a free camp spot on the Hume that might be about halfway between Canberra and Melbourne and quieter than roadside stops. Caravaners forum had Woomagarma listed http://caravanersforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=79&t=24116
I will add a comment to let you know what it is like when we get back home.

We really need to support small town like this with that great country hospitality. I have added this to 'WikiCamps' (iPhone app), hope you don't mind.

The local publican at Wanaaring NSW (on the Paroo River, 980 kilometres from Sydney, and 180 km west of Bourke on the "Cut Line" road between the town of Bourke, and the desert village of Tibooburra) allows use of a similar paddock.
