What are you doing for the weekend of 26 & 27 July 2013. Start planning now as I will be doing live cooking demonstrations at the Neurum Creek Bush Retreat's Country Rock & Camp Oven Cooking Weekend.

The weekend incorporates a Damper cooking competition and everyone is encouraged to cook a damper and present it to the judges. I will be cooking a simple damper in the morning to show how easy it is.

Have just heard back from Tracey at Neurum Creek and unfortunately thy do not allow day visitors on the weekend. Cry

They do expect to be fully booked out for the weekend with campers and if they allow day trippers it would be too many people.

If you are coming, these guys are going to be the entertainment on the Saturday night.

I will be doing demonstrations from about 10 until 4 and this will be combined with a damper cooking competition in the afternoon that everyone can enter.
