Top weekend out there, the camp oven boys were flat out on saturday, with plenty of future and present camp cooking peoples asking all sorts of questions, good on em they are always happy to answer any question...

Competition in the damper cooking was fierce. Shocked, with some amazing looking and tasting camp dampers submitted..

How many dampers in the comp?  First time we ran it I had to taste 33 different dampers  Shocked

You expect me to remember after two nites at camp with beer.??. Cheesy.. Wink..Um from memory i think 25 but there was a couple of scratchings. I was running late also, i would have liked another 15 mins in the oven.All good .Its a nice spot out there. Smiley

Very handy Dave, i had 3 out there came home with 1.. Smiley..
We had minimal coals on saturday as the fire had a late nite friday  Roll Eyes, and we wanted to be warm saturday nite, so they come in handy for the damper cooking.. Wink
