Jeff .....we had a ball....and though Rick says it was licorice covered......the cake turned out yummy
only upset was the weather Saturday night..but its winter here you gotta expect wet camping..

Soaked some kangaroo strips in olive oil/lemon & lime juice and smoked in the campoven.

I called this attempt Kangaroo Jerky. Nice smokey flavour, but a little on the chewy side.

Soaked the next lot in just lemon & lime juice and they turned out a lot better. Still taste like smoked trout, but a great way to eat kangaroo if you can get your hands on some.

Cindy made an upside down kiwifruit/ mandarin/ mixed dried berries/ coconut/ cake mix.

Being the heat control doctor, I baked it to perfection. Didn't I Dave ?
