OK... got the recipe sorted, been shopping and got the required fowl and other bits and bobs.

After a 2 day drenching I even have (sort of) permission to use heat beads Shocked

By the way, my attempt tomorrow night will be the first time that I have tried this method (with chook)

And smoothzsilk will be entering something that she has not cooked before (with chook)
